This is a 40uF (Primelight) 280v / 250v lighting capacitor.The case is made of self-extinguishing plastic with Multifix and the dielectric metalized polypropylene. Safe operating temperature is -40°C - +85°C at 50Hz (280v) and 60Hz (250v).
The connection type is a push to fit type deck and it complies with IMQ ENEC 03 - EN 61048 / EN 61049 standards. The mounting is an M8 type stud. Other mounting options are available upon special request, but the OEM fitment is suitable for 98% of gear trays and circuit setups in HID lamps.
