At Sparks Warehouse, we want you to be completely satisfied with your home improvement purchases. If an item isn't the right fit for your space, you can return it within 30 days of delivery for a full refund or exchange.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Log into your Sparks Warehouse account and navigate to the 'Order History' section to select the items you wish to return and receive a return authorization number.

  Pack Your Items

  Carefully place the items in their original packaging, ensuring all hardware, manuals, and protective inserts are included to prevent damage during transit.

• 3.
  Attach Shipping Label

  Print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and securely affix it to the outside of your package, covering any previous shipping barcodes.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Track

  Hand over your package to the designated courier service and keep your tracking receipt; once we inspect the return at our warehouse, your refund will be processed within 5-7 business days.
